Kulik, Gottesman, Mouton & Siegel LLP is an AV-rated firm comprised of skilled and aggressive attorneys who seek to achieve their clients' goals in a prompt and efficient manner. The firm concentrates on litigation and transactions involving real property, business, finance, entertainment and corporations.

Our clients range in size from Fortune 500 companies to sophisticated individual entrepreneurs. Our attorneys have represented clients in nearly every field of endeavor including real property (development, construction, common interest developments, lending, sales, investment and management), entertainment (film, television, music, sports), insurance, securities, corporations/partnerships, products liability and trade secret/unfair competition.

The firm was formed in August 1990 by childhood friends Glen Kulik and Don Gottesman. Kent Mouton, with whom Mr. Kulik had previously partnered for a number of years, joined a year later and started the firm's transactions department.

From 1990 to 2001, the firm was located in Century City. As its reputation and stature grew, Kulik, Gottesman, Mouton & Siegel LLP evolved from its original size of three attorneys and two support staff members to its present collective group of approximately 30.

In September 2001, the office moved from its Century City location to the brand new Sherman Oaks Galleria, where it presently occupies the 14th floor of the Comerica Bank Tower.

In September 2003, Leonard Siegel joined the firm bringing with him three attorneys who specialize in representing residential communities and homeowners associations throughout Southern California.
